When I ring Dignity the lady has been very caring and very helpful and has done her best to meet Mum’s needs. The carers have been lovely with Mum who can be extremely difficult. Thank you all for all your help. Mum liked the lady carers but having said that the gentleman who helped her this month
has been very caring and has visited her in hospital which Mum liked. So thank you all.

The visiting care staff at Dignity Express Health Care are very courteous, pleasant and friendly. They will always call if they have a concern for Mum's welfare, which is very reassuring and they are always kind and respectful towards her, which counts for a lot. Generally the communication is good
from the office and the owner of the company. They make sure that there is covering staff if one of the professional carers cannot attend for any reason and they follow up any queries fairly promptly. I would recommend this company as a home care provider.
