Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
When I ring Dignity the lady has been very caring and very helpful and has done her best to meet Mum’s needs. The carers have been lovely with Mum who can be extremely difficult.
Thank you all for all your help. Mum liked the lady carers but having said that the gentleman who helped her this month
has been very caring and has visited her in hospital which Mum liked. So thank you all.

Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
The visiting care staff at Dignity Express Health Care are very courteous, pleasant and friendly. They will always call if they have a concern for Mum's welfare, which is very reassuring and they are always kind and respectful towards her, which counts for a lot. Generally the communication is good
from the office and the owner of the company. They make sure that there is covering staff if one of the professional carers cannot attend for any reason and they follow up any queries fairly promptly. I would recommend this company as a home care provider.

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 8.6 (8.647) out of 10 for Dignity Express Health Care is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.6 out of 5 from 3 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.0 out of 5 from 3 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.647 for Dignity Express Health Care is calculated as follows: ( (12 Excellents x 5) + (4 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 17 Ratings = 4.647
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Dignity Express Health Care is based on 3 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 = 4
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Director of Dignity Express Health Care Ltd Joined: 2022

I have been working in the Healthcare sector for the last 12 years. Working in healthcare is a challenging yet very rewarding career path. A healthcare worker plays a vital role in society by providing essential support and assistance to individuals who need help with daily activities, medical needs, attending appointments, and emotional support. However, being an exceptional healthcare worker requires more than just fulfilling your normal duties. It also requires a lot of passion and a unique blend of skills and qualities, such as showing empathy, the ability to be patient and remain calm in challenging situations, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and the ability to exhibit professionalism in all aspects of their work. These are some of the qualities that make me do what I do. We run a 24/7 service to ensure that no one misses out on the support they need.
