His three carers are exceptional, and the office team is always friendly and helpful when we need them. Staff, friendly, willing and well trained. Very easy to talk to management who are always helpful. Nice medium sized company. The staff who come to me only provide household help as I do not Personal care, I have no knowledge of their personal care standards but imagine they will be high
