The Manager and her team have been extremely supportive and flexible in establishing a carer in my mum's life. They understood my mum's resistance and matched ideal carers who my mum has really connected to. They have gone above and beyond responding to incidents outside of prearranged times to ensure my mum is safe and taken care of. Including accompanying my mum to the memory cafe voluntarily. It is great to have a local service that I can rely on as the main carer of my mum I can trust that Right at Home will respond if I need to. They quickly understood my mums needs and responded appropriately.

Right at Home has been very supportive and acted professionally, helping mum deal with and cope with dementia. After looking into adding night care, my sisters and I met the team and immediately felt at ease. There was an instant bond with mum, as if they had known each other for years. They were so kind and gentle with her, listening and understanding what her needs were. Everything was in place till mum had a stroke, We ended up not going ahead, but we had the support. My family and I haven't had it easy since mum went into the hospital. The agency has made visits and continues to advise us to this day. I would highly recommend them as they don't mind going that extra mile to make their clients happy. They are considerate and continue to take calls at any time. We have this ongoing relationship to which I hope continues once mum comes home. Thank you very much.

I cannot praise this company enough. Their staff and caregivers have been amazing for the past year, and I have been using them for my elderly mum, who suffers from dementia and C.K.D. They have given both mum and me a new lease on life. I am in control of my mum's care and support, but I am also fully supported by the care and great advice of the wonderful Right at Home caregivers who will always gladly give me the benefit of their excellent expertise whenever asked. They have made life so much easier for me and my household and enabled mum to live again with the dignity (and fun) she deserves. Thank you for an excellent service.

I needed through spring cleaning of our flat and also some help of treating accumulated clutter. The team of two carers have admirable energy coupled with good organising skills , and their systematic working made the flat habitable again. Very happy with the result!

Right at Home have been consistently kind, supportive and considerate in their care of our parents. They really do go the extra mile and genuinely invest time and effort into their clients. They have also always been very accessible if we have a query or need to adjust arrangements. We have had an excellent experience with them and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I found Right at Home to be a highly professional and reliable organisation that provides general care services backed by the support of qualified nursing staff. They gave my father the highest level of clinical care needed to recover from a serious infection.

It is impossible to put into words the immense relief when the registered manager took the time on a Sunday, at short notice, to visit my Aunt alongside me in hospital. With her expertise as a highly qualified nurse, she assisted in putting in place the added tender loving care and support that my Aunt needed at that time. Thank you to the register manager also for your support to me, as well as my Aunt, at such a difficult time, and to your care team, one girl in particularly.

Right at Home provided an excellent service at short notice during a very difficult period when my aunt was taken into hospital. Unfortunately, the anticipated return home with support did not happen, however, Right at Home was able to provide a continuation of care and ease the transition when my aunt was admitted into a hospice for her last few days. As a family we are so grateful for the amazing compassion and support shown by the management and their teams - thank you.

The managing director and registered manager were fantastic and I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't had their help and support for my post-surgical care. They are very attentive and careful and made sure my needs were met and everything was optimal for my recovery.

Home Care provided exceptional service on short notice for a minor procedure. The managing director was responsive to the request and provided a quote within hours. On the day of the procedure, the managing director was flexible and kept in contact throughout. The overall service was great.

My mother and I are delighted by the services delivered by Right at Home. They reacted and offered amazing help on very short notice and communication has been amazing all along. They were very flexible and listened to our needs. My mum was happy to see her nurse arriving and loved spending time with her. Even if my mum doesn't speak English, they managed to communicate and laugh a lot. I was so pleased with this and will call back Right at home whenever we need help. Thank you for everything!

I asked the wonderful people at Right at Home to help me with the care of my mum three months ago. While my mum was worried about losing her independence and having "strangers" in the flat, it has worked out so well. We have the team coming three times a week, and my mum has said she now has friends who look after her, when I can't be there. It has taken a huge weight of my mind, when I am traveling for work or not able to be there for some reason. The carers are so kind and flexible and have made adjustments as and when needed. I honestly don't know how I could have managed without their experienced support and care - thank you.

My wife has three carers who visit on Sunday, Tuesday and a Friday. All three give a wonderful service by being so patient, and kind and the knowledge to know what is required of them when they visit. They are always prompt with their time and are always willing to go the extra mile if need be. Always cheerful and a breath of fresh air to both myself and my wife. They are the highlights of our week.

The carer has been absolutely lovely. Her smiley face appeared at my door on time every morning and immediately brightened the day with her friendliness. She can't do enough to help and is just great to have around. She helped me wash and dress following my spinal operation and got me through that initial scary stage to restore my confidence and to keep chaos at bay. Thank you to the carer.

Wonderful experience. My nurse has been very helpful and also is very nice and kind. She also helped me with the doctor appointment and other concerns in my house like water blockage. I would highly recommend Right at Home for anyone looking for a caregiver at a very fair price.

My carer is professional, kind, skilful, but the best of all has a great sense of humor. She is an ideal carer for me and I feel very comfortable and she is always punctual. The agency is always easy to reach, they inform you about any changes which makes me very stress-free. I feel very safe around the carers.

The manager is highly professional, know what she does is from the heart. After care assessment, she perfectly matches perfect the carer and the client, and the care giver is always on time. The owner ensured she was checking regularly that I was happy with the service received.
