Vanguards, their manager and staff are excellent. I have found them extremely professional, caring and flexible. They have worked with me and other professionals to provide care and support to a 95 year old sometimes in difficult circumstances. This provides me with reassurance that they are being
prompted to take medication and eat. Furthermore it has removed the stress and worry from myself. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Management and staff have been very professional, friendly and so caring to our mam right from the initial meet and greet to everyday visits. My mam loves the ladies, and vice versa! We would definitely recommend Vanguards Healthcare.

The carers are kind and caring. They are very considerate of my nana's thoughts and feelings. They visit twice daily and nothing is ever an issue. They treat her with dignity and respect and we feel like they are now part of the family.

Staff are most respectful and very friendly. They ensure that medication is administered and prepare food that is appropriate and appealing. Daily feedback via app is excellent. Extremely happy with the level of care provided.

I have felt better since my carers have attended to my needs, including trying to get me to eat, and care for me, sometimes over the odds. They cannot do enough for me. The new started is very obliging and eager to learn. She likes her job. I feel for the staff as they could go with transport, buses
don't always come on time and it can be annoying.
