All carers that attend my mother always act professionally. They are always in uniform with an ID badge even though we call them on first name terms; they have an excellent bedside manner.
They always get their work completed within the allotted time and are always punctual even in winter weather,
when they park elsewhere and have to walk to our home.
I am that impressed that I treat them as just another member of the family.
We have had other care providers in the past but this team are by far the best.

Care You Way are always hard working helpful and reassuring to my wife who has several health issues. The staff who look after my wife use there initiative and always are polite and are a pleasure to have in our home. They have become friends

Care Your Way have been wonderful in their care of my mother. All the staff have been compassionate, proactive, friendly and very careful to follow any instructions given. They have provided companionship and engagement to my mother, who has dementia, playing word games and helping her to stay
stimulated during the day. They also provide staff to look after her during the night providing careful physical support whenever necessary.

My Dad is a new client of CareYourWay Chester. I looked around various companies until I came across this company.
As soon as we met the staff I knew it was the one for us. They immediately engaged with Dad and found out about him and it was clear they actually cared about the people they look
after.
After a month using CareYourWay I am still impressed always punctual and complete all tasks efficiently and in a friendly manner.

I cannot thank the staff and management team enough for all they have done for the care of my mum over the last 18 months, their professionalism and hard work is second to none.
It has been a hard and stressful few months for the family after my mum's recent fall and hospital admittance.
CareYourWay have been so supportive and have gone beyond my expectations, with their care, compassion, and flexibility during her rehabilitation. The management team even attended a hospital discharge meeting with family members and the social care team. Their input was valuable in making decisions and putting plans in place for her safety and care during her first few weeks once mum was discharged to go home.

Care you way - Chester have provided excellent care for my Father over the last two years. All staff have been extremely compassionate when attending visits and always have a friendly smile on their faces. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is addressed in a professional manner. My dad loves
the visits which speaks volumes of the company. I would recommend Care your way to provide outstanding care. Keep up the great work!

I found Care Your Way to be a truly top care company.
I have had a few care companies over the years and have had many issues with them from poor staff, poor management and lack of communication.
With CYW, I found them to be professional from top to bottom.
The communication was great and
every single staff member that came through my door, were not only good at there job, but they all spoke highly of each other with a few saying were like a family.

Care provided to mum was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and compassionate. Weekly rosters kept us informed of visit times which were pretty much in line with expectations and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend Care Your Way as a service provider.

Whilst the care service put in place with Care Your Way Chester for my Mum was only for a very short time, I found the whole Care Your Way team professional, caring, flexible and friendly. They responded quickly to meet our needs and I was extremely grateful for their support.

We, as a family, are very happy with the care that CareYourWay gave my husband. They all were kind, courteous and most of all professional. I have an issue with paying for travel expenses, as I think the company should be responsible for this. We would highly recommend CareYourWay. I cared for
people, but the NHS certainly paid for my petrol.

What a brilliant group of girls. They brighten my day whilst being professional and very caring with my everyday personal needs and wishes. They are respectful of my home and nothing is too much trouble for their help.

Absolutely wonderful company, I don't know how we would cope without them! Every member of staff that has visited my grandmother has been kind, supportive and professional. The management are very responsive and helpful, and they keep in touch to make sure the care we receive is always the best for
our situation. They all feel like they've become part of the family!

The help and care we have received from the manager and her team has been outstanding. I don't know how we would have coped these last few, very difficult, months without their constant support and guidance. As our needs changed and began more complex, the manager helped with advice and strategies
to deal with a situation that was changing and deteriorating. She was always available to talk, advise and guide me through and her team provided amazing physical and emotional care and support. My relative found losing his independence and privacy very difficult and although a kind, polite and charming man could also be cantankerous and very, very difficult. The carers coped with care, compassion and discretion under all circumstances and we will always be grateful to them.

CareYourWay have been a wonderful help when I arrived home from the hospital.
All their staff are very professional but in a most caring, thoughtful and kind way. They are very considerate in our home and always greet us with a smile on their face on arrival.

Very positive experience. The agency is very caring and listens to what a client needs and then caters the care to a client's needs. The carers are more like friends coming to visit and we have a good laugh. I'm very happy with the care I'm receiving and it has improved my life.

Only in the second week, but pleased with all the carers that came they are all so lovely with my husband it makes his day. The director is so easygoing so she always fits in with what he wants and always has a smile on her face which is nice for us. Thank you to the director and her team.

We could not have managed without the carers. I was recovering from a ruptured Achilles and my wife was in bed with a torn muscle in her back. A care package was put in place remarkably quickly and it was adjusted as I became more mobile and was able to take a shower without help. The carers did
whatever we asked of them, and related with us with courtesy and dignity in undignified situations. We were able to reduce their hours when it became possible without any fuss.
