Home Care acted really quickly when we needed help for my Mother following her broken shoulder. John was great to deal with and understood our requirements. Our carer has been excellent. She is kind, competent and has been extremely helpful in supporting my Mother.

John who heads up Care Circle was very diligent at trying to understand the needs of my mother and father who are both in their nineties. Both had different needs and on some weeks the care plan changed quickly. The agency did their best to accommodate my parents' requests and were transparent about
what they could do. John always responded to my messages very quickly which i greatly appreciated. My parents had different carers who were on rotation and they definitely preferred some more than others which I am sure is common.
They upheld my parents dignity and when there were a few distressing incidents, it was handled quietly. I have no hesitation in recommending Care Circle.
WIth regards to their pricing structure, it was the going rate.

I am very grateful indeed for the professional, compassionate, and competent care that my parents received. A really excellent service that we would not hesitate to recommend. My parents have multiple needs and their concerns required delicate handling to reassure them. They managed to help my
sister and myself at a most difficult time. An outstanding service

I am writing as the daughter of a client who has been receiving domiciliary care from your team over the past 7 months.
I want to express my sincere gratitude for the compassion, professionalism and consistency of your carers have shown during this time. We love our regular carer who comes in to
support my mum. A particular member of staff has shown genuine kindness and care to my mother. So we are very grateful for that. The Care Circle team have also been great with any assistance we need at any time of the day & night.

The care circle team looked after my father when he was unwell and bedbound. The team was very caring and responsive. Their commitment helped to create a positive bond with my father, improving his mental well-being. They left a good energy after each visit, and we had regular staff coming, so they
knew what they do. The lady in the office was in regular touch to keep things up to date.
I recommend this company.

We, as a family, are very happy with the care provided through Care Circle. Our experience with the care provider is from February 2024 to date.
The carer attends to my mother in law with extreme care and concern. It is very evident that the care received over that last months helped with the
recovery in an amazing way. We are grateful to all concerned for providing such good care over the last year.
