Very happy with the service I have been given. My carer is cheerful polite and hardworking. I feel that she is very professional when dealing with me and I have no complaints. An excellent service.

My mother was cared for, by Eleanor Nursing and Social Care, as I was struggling to look after her at the time. The carers were compassionate and dedicated in their job. Their job is to care for vulnerable people and they did that well, with empathy and compassion. They were just brilliant. My mother initially was resisting support from the carers because she is a very private person but the regular carer was able to persuade her to accept the support. And to my surprise, my mother began looking forward to the carers' visits. My mother is currently abroad visiting family and when she comes back to London, I will be contacting Eleanor Care for their service via the council. When things go wrong, customers complain, so it is only appropriate for customers to also let the organisation know when things go right! I want to again say a very big thank you to Eleanor Care for looking after my mother with dedication, compassion and dignity. Thank you Eleanor Care!
