Care Heroes have been an absolute breath of fresh air. Having never used a care provider before, i was very unsure of what to expect. However, from the first meeting up until the present day, i have total trust and appreciation to all the staff. My father needed care 4 timed a day but that was soon
changed to 24hr care due my fathers condition deteriorating. The care team swiftly changed their role and have made my father's day to day life a lot more bearable. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We could not express our gratitude to the care givers who have done a great job while upholding the principle of your company - "Your needs are our priority"! We (myself and my husband) are extremely happy with the service provided by Care Heroes Ltd because the team offered an incredible, flexible
and all round support to my husband, following the fracture to his broken left hip from the time he was discharged from hospital. This was in comparison with the care he had received from 4 or 5 care companies 3 years ago in 2022. As the carers at the time emptied the contaminated water in the kitchen sink and placed the wet pad(s) into the kitchen bin, after they had washed and changed him, rather than discharge the dirty water to the adjacent toilet downstairs and wrapping the soiled pad in a bag.

Care Heroes excellently stepped up to help me manage through a personal health crisis at the start of the year. The service was great from the first phone call to the carers that came my way in the following days. I greatly appreciate their care and concern to get me back up. Care Heroes greatly
eased the anxiety of falling ill when living alone. I would highly recommend.
