A very professional person-centred service. Staff are very caring and considerate to my sister's complex needs, providing reassurance and awareness of her needs at all times. Highly recommend Diamond Health Care Solutions, they are excellent.

I have really enjoy the service of Diamond care, the team are very helpful, they take their time to explain things to your best understanding. The team are very compassionate and understanding, work well under pressure because I saw this in the first week of caring for my child. They make sure your
needs are met and gives you outstanding satisfaction in caring for you and your family
I want to say take you all for taking the huge pressure on me and the family too. Good work.

I am 92 years of age and did find every day had its problems. For a start, I am hard of hearing. Back in January, I came out of hospital needing some help. My son decided to get on to Diamond Home Care Supported Living. A carer was decided on, and the set-up for my care was decided. The carer has
been doing things which I would think are beyond the line of duty. First, she will make my bed and see that I have my breakfast. If I have a problem that needs to be solved on the phone, she will do it for me. She takes me to the shops and the bank. I put my washing in the washer and she will see it get dry. The kitchen worktops and the floor are cleaned when needed. Her hygiene is impeccable. With me being deaf she will write everything down for me so we have a good chat and a laugh. She comes at 9am for one and a half hours, and in the evening for the same time. The only thing is, she is like a Mother Hen. If this is what the company provides you will not go far wrong.

We have moved over from another care company and we are very impressed with the outstanding care being provided. The manager is very hands on and the staff she uses are also amazing at their job. The managers nursing knowledge shines through in the care she provides. They understands my mother's
condition well they can tailor the care to her needs.

The nurse has provided exemplary care throughout. The level of care and compassion has been amazing. Without this care my recovery would have taken much longer. The nurse has been professional and discreet, taking the time to get to know me as an individual to ensure my care was tailored to me as an
individual - I cannot thank the nurse enough.

The Manager and her team were fantastic, providing genuine, responsive, and highly attentive care to my father who has severe anxiety. Highly recommend. She is also very flexible and responsive to our needs and able to adapt as needed.
