Very professional and also very caring service. Satisfied all our requirements and made my father feel very looked after even when we needed emergency care at very short notice.
Would definitely recommend if you want a personalised service.

The team have been incredible with my mother. They treat her with dignity, patience and genuine care every single day. Communication has always been clear, and they really take the time to understand her needs and preferences rather than using a one-size-fits-all

They listened to my needs for my mother and were extremely supportive and helpful in choosing the right carer. They set up interviews and it was very difficult to choose the right carer as all of them were lovely.

Kinnective Care has really helped my brother gain his confidence back. The local council advised us to take my brother to a care home but we are so glad Kinnective Care allowed him to stay at home.

I just wanted to say a thank you to the Kinnective care team who has helped my brother lot since we joined them last month. We was looking for care for a while and came across them. His carers are great and help him with everything he needs.

I wanted a personal care for my mother who has dementia and needed someone with her own mother language. Kinnective Care Ltd was able to help us in finding a suitable carer who was very polite and efficient in her job.
My thanks to Kinnective Care Ltd and the efficient staff in the back office and
the carer for the excellece they provided.
Best of all this all came in at a very competetive rate and they were very flexible to suite my mother's needs.

The registered manager has helped a lot and her ability to go above what was required really shows how much she cares. Honestly, I was in two minds before picking Kinnective Care as they are relatively new however, they showed why they will be one of the top service providers in this space.
