Prompt, Punctual, Carers. Perfect interaction with the Client is a priority with this company. Nothing is too much for them to do and the priority is if the call cannot be fulfilled In the allocated time slot, they will phone the office and ask to stay until complete. No treatment or washing is
carried out without asking the client and receiving a satisfactory answer. Necessary protection gloves and garments are worn at all times.

My mum was transferred over to Caru home-care in April 2025 the care my mum has been given is outstanding so understanding nothing is to much trouble . Always professional always on time and goes above and beyond for my mums care . I would definitely recommend this company .

What a great team !!! All are lovely, caring ,helpful, compassionate, friendly and I'll be honest much better than the other companies my mum has had in the past. They really take the time to talk to mum and listen to her. 10/10 and a gold star !!!!
