If you're looking for support for an elderly relative, I would highly recommend Anchorpoint Home Care. The managers have been very accommodating and supportive in providing a package of care that is tailored to mum's needs. The manager is highly qualified and her knowledge and expertise has ensured
mum has felt confident and reassured. Mum has benefitted from the continuity of seeing the same faces each day and carers who know her and are willing to spend time with her. Dad has also benefitted from the respite this has offered. Both respond quickly to emails and will do what they can to meet requests for additional care. Anchorpoint offers the personal service that larger organisations are unable to. Finally, I would advocate the team's trustworthiness and credibility, something that is essential when caring for the elderly. Anchorpoint provide peace of mind if you are a caring for a loved one.
