Georgina and the carers are driven by providing the best care and are wonderful.
They routinely flag any concerns, are reliable, contact the GP when concerned and are extremely responsive.
They are always willing to work collaboratively with OTs and other health professionals and adapt their
approach accordingly.
Ensuring my mum's care is tailored, dignified and the best it can possibly be is at the heart of their service.

I have been very pleased with the service provided by Georgina and her team since she started caring for my Aunt in December 2024. The carers are respectful and kind to my aunt and go at a pace comfortable to her, initially they supported and assisted her in her daily home living but for the last 7
months she has been bed bound and the carers have had to provide all her personal care. My Aunt gets on well with the carers that visit her 4 times a day. The carers give me updates at every visit.
If I'm worried about anything Georgina's always there to help.
As I live 160+ miles away from my Aunt, TendercareGB is a vital part of the support network for my Aunt.

Georgina has been very supportive to us as a family. We have had issues that have been worked out quickly and things put in place to try to resolve issues reported. The carers are very patient with my grandma who can be challenging at times. Especially RUBY she is a fantastic carer! And is very
engaging and supportive!

All the carers are excellent, they do all that is asked of them , always make sure everywhere tidy , never late , we have a good connection with them all . They provide all that is needed during the visit , which is 4 times day , always make sure client is safe and always lock up at end of time ,
can't fault them for anything , they stand and have a good chat to us , they do reports daily , they always double check that the client doesn't need anything else before they leave

I am really impressed with the care given and would highly recommend them. Everyone is so lovely, and they listen to the client and are very understanding . Also they really do everything to accommodate the client's needs and make sure the care meets the client's individual needs and preferences.
They always communicate any changes/problems to the rest of the family and work so hard to address these and find solutions. They are really making such a difference and are helping so much. We really appreciate everything they do and can't thank them enough.
