Sure Care supported me following a prolonged hospitalisation. During my research they were the most professional and enthusiastic. They showed great flexibility in changing arrangements when my discharge from the ward didn't go to plan. During care at home - all members of the team were punctual,
polite, hard-working, cheerful and efficient. They treated both myself and my possessions with care and respect. I am certain this helped me make a faster than expected recovery.

I would highly recommend this provider as they have really gelled well with my Mum and have provided great care and support. Having been initially cautious about having a carer visit her home she now looks forward to the visits having created a great rapport between the carers and her. They are
always happy and smiling when they visit and cheer her up as well as helping her get ready and prepare for the day. Great service from a great team.

An excellent company providing day care with empathy, consideration and professionalism. We were very dubious about having a new care company, but SureCare have now become very much part of our family. They are always friendly, cheerful and interested with all of our family members. A brilliant

All the staff at SureCare Stoke have been wonderful and have a really caring approach. The staff seem well trained and they are polite, respectful and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend their services based on our experience so far.
