I am so impressed with the service and their provide. The support and care was amazing. They made you feel important every step of the way. It was brilliant. They were very accommodating, supportive and understanding. They made you feel like the service is individual to you. I highly recommend. No faults at all.The manager and his staff are a credit to the organisation.

SWL Care Haven is such a good company and has put me at ease. After spending months looking for the perfect care provider for my grandmother, I have stumbled across SWL Care Haven and can finally relax knowing my grandmother is being looked after by the best carers and is in safe hands. The first two visits I was sitting alongside my grandmother, witnessing first hand the 5-star care she was receiving, and this allowed me to have the confidence to leave the house and leave my grandmother alone with the carer (whose company she enjoys and looks forward to).

SWL Care Haven have been a lifeline for our family. They've looked after my elderly mother with compassion, professionalism, and respect, it's hard to put into words how grateful we are. From day one, her carer took the time to understand her needs, preferences, and routines - nothing ever feels rushed or impersonal. What stands out most is their person-centred approach. My mum is treated as an individual, not just a client. Her carers genuinely care about her well-being, engage her in meaningful conversation, and always ensure she feels safe and valued in her own home. The communication with us as a family has also been excellent. consistent updates and a real sense of partnership in her care. I couldn't recommend SWL Care Haven highly enough. They've brought us peace of mind and given my mum the dignity and quality of life she deserves.

SWL Care Haven have been looking after my father and the service has been brilliant. The carer is fantastic, really kind, professional, and always goes the extra mile. It's made a huge difference knowing he's in such good hands. Would definitely recommend them.

I am extremely pleased with the level of care, support, and kindness my father has received from SWL Care Haven. His carer is genuinely compassionate, attentive, and responsive to his needs. She ensures he eats healthily, assists with tasks such as cooking, ironing, and goes above and beyond to support his overall wellbeing. Thanks to her dedication, my father is able to enjoy a healthier, more comfortable, and dignified quality of life. We are truly grateful for her commitment and care.

I recently started using SWL Care Haven's cleaning services on a weekly basis and have no complaints so far. The staff are friendly, efficient and hard working with very little need for direction even on the first day. They are easily able to finish the job to a high standard within the allotted time, making maintaining the cleanliness of the house much easier to manage between visits. All in all an excellent service.
