Enerst Care was amazing taking care of my dad. There were compassionate, attentive and always kind. My dad would look forward to his visits and the staff kept a smile on his face.i would like to thank all the staff at Enerst care for making my dad's recovery easier.

I cannot thank the team at Enerst Care enough for the support they provided to my father. From the very first assessment, it was clear that his dignity and comfort were their top priorities. As a family, we were incredibly impressed with the communication. The office was always responsive, and we
felt reassured knowing there was constant oversight of his care. The carers themselves were professional, punctual, and-most importantly-kind. They didn't just carry out tasks; they took the time to build a genuine relationship with my dad, which made a huge difference to his wellbeing. Knowing he was in safe hands allowed us to be a family again rather than just 'care coordinators.' I would highly recommend Enerst Care to anyone in Carlisle looking for reliable, high-quality home care.
