Excellent service. Within one week of taking over the care for my sometimes difficult relation they identified an infection, unsuitable equipment, identified correct medication. Also tidy and have ensured my relative has regular meals. Thank you very much for your service hopefully it will
continue for many years

We are very happy with the manager and her team have been giving my Grandad. As he did not want to go into a home the next best option was to bring carers in and after a recommendation we found Dove Valley care. Myself and my family are relieved that my grandad has care now and feel he has a lot
safer with them there. They help him with his meals, clean the house and generally keep him company which he appreciates a lot. We are very grateful to Emily and the team and will continue to use them for as long as necessary.
