I have been using Joyous Heathcare for nearly 2 months, and so far, so good. I wanted friendly people around mum, and I genuinely feel they care about her welfare. Obviously it takes a while for someone with dementia to adjust to change. Especially new faces and routine! I feel now, that its taken
some pressure off me and my partner, and I can go to work (nights) knowing mum has eaten and has been washed and made relaxed for bed.

I'm so grateful for the care my son receives from Joyous Healthcare. The carers are kind, professional, and always treat him with respect. The management team at the office is also very supportive, always making sure any issues are resolved quickly. Their reliability and compassion give me real
peace of mind. I highly recommend their services.
