Very happy with the support that is being provided for my mother. There was one day when the carer didn't attend until the afternoon which was not ideal but other than that everything is very positive

Sister happy with carer.always nice to have same carer each day as my sister has very little sight Few ups and downs at the beginning , change of days one day missed but now settled in to regular pattern
