Very professional, kind and helpful service. Collette is brilliant - a very special person who has supported me with warmth and confidence.and initiative. We have been to the hairdresser, for lunch, to the hospital where my daughter (who really likes Collette) has had a difficult birthing
experience and mundane houseework. Collette is up for anything and I couldn't manage without her.

We have been with Good Oaks home care for over a month now and both my mum and I are so happy . A lot of care was taken to get to know my mum and her needs and the primary carer assigned to her couldn't have been a better match . The companionship that my mum has got already is better than I could
have hoped for .

GoodOaks were excellent in tailoring a package to support me in my recovery from a hip replacement operation. They identified a suitably experienced individual to get me up and running each morning and also carry out some domestic chores to take some pressure off my wife. GoodOaks have been flexible
and understanding throughout.

GoodOaks were thorough and considerate in tailoring a package to support me and my husband following his hip replacement surgery. The carer was suitably experienced and immediately established a rapport with my husband in getting him up and running each morning. The help provided relieved much of
the pressure I had felt in dealing with his lack of mobility immediately following the operation and I only wish we had had the package in place to take effect as soon as he was discharged. GoodOaks have also been accommodating and understanding about changes to our package that arose when my husband was unexpectedly hospitalised for 10 days with problems unrelated to his hip surgery.

Having used this service for several weeks I wanted to leave a review. My mother-in-law, who had dementia, has settled really well with the carers provided and it has made her feel very safe and able to stay in her own home, which is so important to her and us as a family. I would not hesitate to
recommend using this company for your caring needs as they are so friendly, kind and professional.

While searching for home care services Good oaks were recomended to us by some one we knew.
From the initial meeting with the director and manager I felt comfortable that my mother was in safe hands with people who really cared about the service that they gave.
Lines of communication are always
open and will feed back to me any concerns or needs that they feel mum has which is very assuring.
All staff have been very kind polite, attentive and respectful, and most of all mum is happy.
I Would not hesitate to recommend.
