I had been trying to source care for my husband since the beginning of this year but to no avail. I contacted Peter early this year but he was still waiting for registration from the oranginsation which finally came through in June . It's been a long, heartbreaking, arduous and frustrating
journey being unable to find care in our home area. I can't explain the relief when finally we heard from Sure Care that they were able to help me with my husband's care. My husband has multiple care needs and requires lots of support, help, kindness, respect, knowledge & experience in effective caregiving. Sure care supports us with all my husband's requirements. The carers are so kind, supportive and very respectful towards both my husband and myself and even the pets!. The carers help my husband with all activities of daily living and help him to live as normal a life as possible given his conditions. Thank you Sure Care for all your help support and kindness.
