Following a very difficult situation where my uncle suffered a fall and stroke and had to be hospitalised, our family urgently needed care for my aunt as he had been her main carer.
We found Ola Prestige Care Services online and they responded promptly, attended quickly, putting a care plan in
place with three visits a day. The carers have been supportive, professional and compassionate throughout.
My aunt is extremely grateful and very happy with the care she is receiving, and it has also been a great comfort to our family knowing she is being well looked after. In addition to the care visits, the team also assist with the main household duties.
Ola Prestige Care were also very understanding and flexible in helping us with the financial side of the service during a stressful time, especially as the care will be needed for a number of months.
My aunt has made it very clear she does not want anyone else, and we would highly recommend Ola Prestige Care Services.

We started using Ola Prestige Care Services for a family member and were reassured from the very first visit. Time was taken to understand routines and preferences, and the care has been calm, respectful, and unhurried. Communication has been clear, which has really helped us feel at ease as a

They are amazing with my nan as a family we cant always get to her they do things without asking kind patient and caring and obviously keep my nan company i would recommend them again for anyone thank you

From the initial conversation with Ola the manager I knew my dad was in safe hands. She was very detailed and cover all aspects of dad needs. The staff were caring, professional and pay attention to little details. Overall I was impressed.

Ola Pretige Care Services have been wonderful with my mum. Ola took the time to understand her routine and made her feel calm and comfortable straight away. The care has been gentle, Communication has been excellent and I already feel reassured that Mum is in safe hands. Barbara.
