Karren at golden link was an absolute star during a really difficult time for our family. She and her staff were so friendly,helpful,understanding and extremely competent in helping to establish a care package for my mother. I cannot recommend golden link enough.

I cannot praise this care agency highly enough. They support my mum, who lives with MS, with four visits a day, and the care they provide goes far beyond just meeting her basic needs --they genuinely enhance her quality of life. They help with everything: toileting, washing and dressing, preparing meals, and offering companionship and emotional support. Every single carer treats my mum with dignity, kindness, patience, and total respect. It means so much how comfortable and safe my mum feels with them. She truly loves everyone who comes to see her, completely trusts them, and looks forward to their visits. The carers don't just "do a job"-they go above and beyond every single day. They take time to chat with her, make her laugh, and always make sure she feels valued and cared for as a person, not just a patient. Their compassion, warmth, and professionalism are exceptional.

The family would like to say a huge thank you Karren and her team of professional carers at Golden Link Care Services, from the beginning when we first were in contact, the professionalism and level of care has been outstanding. The care package provided has run smoothly and adapted to the times and needs of our Mum so she can have the best experience of care whilst living at home. The small team of carers have been consistent which has been very good to build up trust and a relationship with their care. Always on time and routines have been followed. Communication has been excellent and support to the family second to none. Thank you so much again for everything you have done, I would highly recommend their services.
