All staff involved in supporting my client to get home following a long stint in a care home has been excellent. The care coordinator has worked tirelessly to get things in place, and is still doing so! The nursing and care staff are absolutely lovely and it is good to work with a team of people
who all want the best for the client. Communication is key to working together and having people who respond and act to emails, phone calls and meetings is very encouraging and produces positive outcomes.

Care service was excellent. Communication was easy and the staff are lovely. All of my father's needs were met exactly as requested whilst we were away on holiday. I would definitely recommend this care company.

I have found the staff at the Ashford Office of Nurseplus to be very approachable, helpful and reliable and my experience of their Care at Home carers throughout 2025 has been very positive, allowing me to stay in my own home comfortably and safely.
