I think it's a disgrace the way some of the Richmond Fellowship staff talk to parents and the clients, they seem to think they lay the rules. It's time for things to be put right and for clients and parents to get respect and not be treated like dirt. They seem to think they are the boss when that is
not the case. The rule is you want respect then give respect, not treat carers and clients like a disgrace.
