Received valuable care from the reablement team at Cheshire East Council Domiciliary Care4CE.
I felt in control of my care and the carers were all professional and supportive. I have a physical disability and had surgery two weeks ago. Not sure if adapting to life, in general, stood me in good stead

to recover quickly but at the times I needed help the carers were fabulous - arriving on time, clean, tidy and wore their PPE from the front door and upon leaving, deposited PPE straight into the bin. One carer, in particular, was so friendly, chatty and nothing too much trouble, visited me quite frequently and I looked forward to her visit. All carers and team leaders had my well-being at heart and it certainly felt excellent.

Absolutely first class care. Professional, polite, dignified and compassionate. Every visit was a wonderful experience for my relative and she looked forward to their next visit.

I was assigned a lovely person to help me. They were fantastic, they helped me no end and got me back on track. When they had to sign me off they made sure I had help going forward. I would fully recommend the service you provide to anyone.

in touch with me and they contacted my doctors to update them. They found me men in sheds to go to, which helped me build my confidence. They couldn't do enough for me.

The care started with 4 visits per day. The carer helped shower my husband every morning, attend the toilet and helped him with mouth care which was one of his areas needing a lot of care. The other visits were to help him with mobility exercises and swallowing exercises, and a short walk around the
house. All the care assistants and nurses were GEMS, quickly clicking onto his needs and get on with his care. They were interesting to chat to and tell him about their days off, their families and each one had much to offer. They always came in with a cheery smile. I do not wish to miss out anyone who came to him, but you will know who you all are and who came. All were just so, so caring.
There is no more to say than simply a massive THANK YOU and we will always praise you for this part of my husband's recovery.
Thanks go to our exceptional social worker who organised this for us.
