My mother has been a resident at Oxlip House for a year now and has had amazing care and attention in all areas. In her own words, my mother describes her time at Oxlip as "the best decision I have ever made". I think that comment from a resident says it all.

My Brother has lived at Florence Court since the end of 2020, he absolutely thrives in his environment. He spends time chatting to carers and the management team on a daily basis. Really enjoys the social gatherings that are organised in the lounge area.
Florence Court Management ensure all care
is personalised for each resident and adapt their part of any care package should changes be necessary. I often message the management team with updates due to my brothers extreme anxiety. This is always taken on board with staff taking the time to keep an eye out to support him as well as notifying me of any concerns they may have.
Having such an amazing care facility as Florence Court relieves me from alot of worry and gives my brother his independence. I wouldn't want to change anything about the accommodation or care. Just Superb. x

I have lived here for over 6 years and could not have been happier. The flats are well designed and the care staff could not be faulted. I would recommend it to anyone.

While undergoing rehab in the local hospital after bilateral amputation. I was informed about temporarily housing me in a social services-organised flat, surrounded perhaps with all the usual suspects. Happy to say it was in a very pleasant and peaceful location with amenities provided like laundry
room, cafe and gardens. All the staff were very helpful in assisting me in my situation, to the point I felt like a lord in full repose. If I were in a position to buy the flat, it would be an easy decision to make.

Orchard Meadows was chosen for its location, midway between myself and my brother. It is a well-kept complex but we found that my sister was not independent enough to make the most of the facilities. her care package was just adequate but as her health deteriorated she needed more help with companionship.
She still spent too much time on her own and this has contributed to her health decline. We are now relieved that she is in residential care and still with OSJCT.

My gramp has been living at Moorside Place for a few years now and after my Nan passing away I was really worried about the effects this would have on his mental health in the long term. Of course it has massively affected him, however the care and friendships from the staff at Moorside Place has most
definitely reduced this struggle for him, he has friends who he can rely on as friends and also as caregivers. The staff are strong communicators and really do treat their clients like family, the sense of community within the building itself is reassuring.

My uncle has been living here for over 16 months now and as a gentleman in his 90s, he needs support to meet his care needs which have increased.
All the lovely staff have been so kind and compassionate to him. They are always so helpful and supportive.
Oxlip House is a lovely environment, very well
maintained, bright and has lots of facilities for the residents to enjoy.
It is also very secure so you know your loved ones are safe.
I would highly recommend this supported living accommodation.
A big thanks to the care manager and the general manager for their help and support in liaising with the family to keep them updated as required.

Great staff and a lovely facility. I teach here every other week and have done so for well over 6 months. I always feel welcomed by both the staff and management. I always enjoy the classes and interacting with the residents.

Upon initial viewing of a flat, I would have happily moved in that day! Sadly after just after 6/7 months of living here I sadly felt Mayott House in my opinion ‘lost its sense of warmth' and appeal in feeling safe and secure: with certain residents trying to ‘take over’ certain seats in the restaurant/communal
lounge as well as disabled parking spaces for which there was only 2 for 40 flats and were on a ‘first come first served’ basis! Whilst I’m no angel by far I however felt with this as well as a ‘late’ night door bell ringer (other reasons did also contribute to my decision to leave I was sadly glad to see the exit door in Jan this year. However, I did meet some lovely people both staff and residents during my short time here of whom I will miss.

As my wife and I are both mentally and physically able to take care of ourselves we don't use the care offered at Centurion House but we have always found staff to be helpful and polite.
We do however have an issue with the charge for 'Core Care'. This was explained to be a charge for the Emergency
Pull cords/pendants. The charge for October was 5 x £62.79 a total of £313.95 and this seems excessive for a service we are not likely to need as of now and have never made use of yet.
Similar services are on offer in the market for less than £50.00.

My brother has found it difficult getting used to new staff. He is very happy living here. He feels safe here. Sometimes it is too hot in the flat. He likes living on the corner of the building and he likes staying indoors in his flat. If he leaves his flat, it is only if he is with his support worker,
daughter or sister. He loves his flat. He appreciates seeing the staff and all that they do for him.

My mother is well cared for and encouraged to maintain her independence. Staff will support if they see she requires help or if she asks. She has an excellent, warm relationship with most staff. They appear to enjoy the 'banter'. She likes her personal surroundings to be tidy and she welcomes time spent
on her food and her visits to chat.
