Orchard Meadows was chosen for its location, midway between myself and my brother. It is a well-kept complex but we found that my sister was not independent enough to make the most of the facilities. her care package was just adequate but as her health deteriorated she needed more help with companionship.
She still spent too much time on her own and this has contributed to her health decline. We are now relieved that she is in residential care and still with OSJCT.

As my wife and I are both mentally and physically able to take care of ourselves we don't use the care offered at Centurion House but we have always found staff to be helpful and polite.
We do however have an issue with the charge for 'Core Care'. This was explained to be a charge for the Emergency
Pull cords/pendants. The charge for October was 5 x £62.79 a total of £313.95 and this seems excessive for a service we are not likely to need as of now and have never made use of yet.
Similar services are on offer in the market for less than £50.00.

My sister receives wonderful care at Isis Court. She has brain damage and dementia and struggles with personal care. The staff are caring and consistent. Always kind and pleasant.

My brother received excellent care in all of his nine years at OSJCT Orchard Meadows.
Carers went the extra mile to meet his needs, to which the family are thankful.
Dignity and respect were always shown to my brother.
