My mother has been receiving care for the last couple of years and on the whole it's been satisfactory. The staff are always pleasant but we have had issues with carer's being late and not notifying my mother.
After discussing this with management I hope this will be resolved soon.

I used this company for five months with four visits per day for my Aunt bed bound with cancer. All the staff were absolutely wonderful and very patient as my Aunt could be difficult. I think they are a small company as I saw the same staff regularly. This was a great benefit as my Aunt could build
a relationship with them and I felt happy that she was getting the best care. Some days she needed less actual care, but still the staff sat with her and chatted. The staff covered all meals and washing of clothes and bedding meaning all I had to do was the shopping, but they even did a lot of that. The manager did all the liaison with the doctors physios etc. I appreciated her honesty with regard to my Aunt’s deteriorating condition and she kept me in the loop. I felt that all the staff treated my Aunt as a family member, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A business with a very comforting feel.

The carer has taken care of my husband's first needs in the morning. Gets him out of bed if he is not up, does all his ablutions, makes beds and a very big help as I am 24/7 carer for him. A lovely person and if I had to choose I couldn't have found one better.

I used Care Deluxe for 3 months. I have cancer and the carers came in the morning and evening to assist with dressing, undressing and medication. If I had a hospital appointment the office would work around the times. If in the future I need care again I will go to Care Deluxe.
