On Thursday 14th August a carer came to sit with my husband for three hours as part of an arrangement that has been in place for about 15 months. My husband is disabled and totally immobile. Your carer was late in arriving and I had already left for an appointment. At 10:30 am I accessed my CCTV Cameras
to check my husband was OK but still on his own. At 10:40 I accessed the cameras again and what I witnessed was absolutely horrifying. A male carer was trying to get my husband out of his chair and onto his commode without using the standing and transfer aid. He was trying to lift him on his own and came extremely close to dropping him on the floor. Your carer had no business trying to lift my husband. The care plan was for companionship only. I emailed you and have received no response I have referred you to CQC and the Council Safeguarding Team. Your company is a disgrace.

The team in bourne went above and beyond looking after mum I couldn't of wish for any better especially in the last few weeks of her life and the night she died they stayed with us till the end will be forever grateful to them

My care from Bloomsburys staff has been absolutely wonderful, after suffering an injury and developing severe mobility issues, I lost so much freedom and my mental health suffered significantly. Since having my carers visit regularly I am able to get out of the house, go shopping and go for days out,
their company is very much appreciated and having a friendly person to talk to has helped to alleviate some of my mental health struggles. They provide an invaluable service which I am very grateful for.

Bloomsbury Care Agency have been providing care for my mother-in-law since August 2023. The quality of care provided is consistently of a high quality. The caregivers are not only skilled and competent but also show genuine compassion and empathy towards my mother-in-law. The agency's communication

Since the company took over Mum’s care in October 2023, I have been extremely happy with the care provided by Bloomsbury Home Care. As agreed with the manager, Mum has two regular carers plus a third carer when needs arise.

shower and hair wash and meeting Mum’s individual needs regarding her skin care and choice of clean clothing each day. They prepare meals with care and attention and take the time to converse with Mum throughout their visits.
The house is always left in a clean and tidy state and the laundry is sorted, from washing through to drying and being put away.
Mum is offered choices where necessary and is supported with taking her medication.
The carers keep us updated with anything they require or concerns regarding Mum’s well-being by either text message or written notes left on a pad in her kitchen.
I have witnessed the marvellous rapport Mum has with her carers and it’s a pleasure to see and hear.

The care my mum received from the Grantham branch of Bloomsbury Home Care over the past two years has been exceptional. I honestly couldn't have managed without them. All the staff were so thoughtful, kind and hard-working. They went out of their way to help as my mum's care needs became more complex

I found the care and support given to my dad was done in an understanding and supportive way. Timekeeping was always good which was very useful for my dad in aiding him to accept the help he needed. My dad was very apprehensive about having carers to help him but was soon at ease, I would recommend
