Staff do not have enough training in end of life care, so I wouldn’t recommend using this company to anyone with family that needs this type of care, unless further training is given.
There were one or two carers who were good, but unfortunately, this wasn’t the case for all.
My mother was cared
for quite well, until she needed more experienced care, then unfortunately the family and I were very disappointed, I would recommend a nursing home for care that would be needed.
