Overall Experience

The service is excellent, it is like working with a great team that has continued since first introduced the care and cleanliness is second to none, making sure that everything is completed before leaving, the team is very integrated, each knowing how to perform the tasks required for the best results. Their training has enabled them to provide a much needed and valuable service, which I would absolutely be struggling without, well done!

My mother received the very best care. ( Swadlincote). It's about teamwork from management to the individual carers. Whom are respectful of the client. The app is a brilliant tool. The individual carers would record my mother's wellbeing, so I knew what I was going to deal with when I rang her. The activities check list is completed in every visit. This is complied from the accessment given every 6 months making sure my mother's need were being cared for. Any changes to medication, photo the packaging email added to the activity listing quickly and no problems. Hence no problems.

They do brilliant job given something the circumstances, weather, staff shortage.. But I can't fault the service. And I would go as far to say my mother's main carer, it was her day off ( Sheila) when mum left home for the final time and she went out of her way to be at mum's side. That shows you the team they have at Bosworth. Megan, Julie there are so many..

Overall Experience

We had a positive experience with Bosworth Homecare in Swadlincote. They supported our mum with twice-daily visits over a number of weeks, and throughout that time the service was oveall reliable and well organised - any issues were quickly discussed and resolved.
Communication was excellent - the team were always easy to contact and quick to provide support or advice whenever needed. The carers (mainly the same one over a five-day period) delivered good quality care, followed the agreed care plan closely, and ensured everything was carried out as expected.
It was also really helpful having access to visit information, which kept us informed and reassured about mum's care.

Overall, we felt confident and supported throughout, and we would definitely recommend Bosworth Homecare to others.

I cannot praise enough the care that my dad is receiving , he cannot wait for the carers to come and help him get dressed in a morning

They take their time to have a chat and a laugh whilst doing their care duties.Would recommend them to anyone with an elderly relative.

The carers took care of my dad who had Alzheimers for about 4 years ( Feb 2022-Mar 2026).
The Management team was always helpful with information to help with the necessary advice that assist with the care of my dad.
Claudia (Purvis' wife) and Purvis' family would like to thank all the carers, we couldn't have done it without you all.

Overall Experience

We asked Bosworth Homecare, Swadlincote to provide care to our Mum twice a day as I had to have an operation and could help Mum for at least a month.
They were so friendly and my Mum looked forward to their visits.
We decided to keep the service going because my Mum was housebound most of the time and so it was nice to have different people to see and speak to, other than family. The whole team were absolutely brilliant.

I would definitely recommend Bosworth Homecare, Swadlincote.
