Dad is very happy with the service, as are we. He is treated with respect and understanding and the management always contacts us when things might change or they need to visit so nothing is a surprise for Dad. Overall, Dad is very comfortable with the staff and the care he receives which is the main thing.

Bosworth Homecare Services has just started working with my father, I am happy so far and Dad has no complaints. Communication is excellent, they let me know whenever they are late and will reschedule if they can't attend, i.e. heavy snow.

In general, the service is very good compared to what we were used to with previous agencies. There is no issue if the regular worker can not come for whatever reason as the manager always has a backup and my wife does not miss out. The support is flexible between both parties. The only things I have picked up on are the quality of cleaning and a lot of use of mobile phones, although any use of the phone for work purposes is completely acceptable.

After consulting my father, I give the following marks based on the fact that staff seem courteous, punctual and competent. He seems happy with the services provided and is comfortable around the staff.

All the carers are very pleasant and courteous and caring. And are very dignified when washing and changing. I have no issues with any one of them. Sometimes the foreign girls can be hard to communicate with but they are all friendly.

The Staff are always polite and friendly and treat Mum with care and respect. When I have needed to contact the office the phone is always answered promptly and the staff are helpful, reassuring, and happy with their interaction with Mum.

Some of your carers are excellent. Some need training. Some of them should not even be carers, I know it’s difficult to recruit but you should make sure they are properly trained. It’s not only unpleasant for the client but adds pressure on the good carers!

Punctual on visits, overall extremely good service, highly recommended.

I find it a lot better than used to, because I needed to get used to the help that is needed. The carers are a massive help to me, as they do things that are needed to do i.e. washing up, cleaning and shopping. Wouldn't be able to do that if didn't have them. They respect my needs, as well as home. I would recommend Bosworth to anyone that needs help.

We are very pleased with the help Bosworth Homecare are providing. The staff are very helpful and they are all lovely. It's made my life a lot more easier and feels like I've had a big weight lifted they have helped me out massively.

Carers attend twice a day for my mother who has advanced dementia. Whilst there has been the occasional hiccup on timing, the carers can be relied upon to attend which is a huge weight off my mind. Also, I am always contacted if there are any concerns so I can be assured Mum is OK. The office staff are always contactable and answer the phone, even out of hours, very quickly which they should be commended on. I am very satisfied with their services.

Carers for the most part have a good understanding of dementia and manage what can sometimes be a challenging call with competence and compassion.

Bosworth Homecare is amazing, l have no complaints whatsoever with the service and l don’t know what l would do, without them. They keep me well informed at all times about everything. They are easy to contact at all times, even out of hours and happy to discuss, my mother's care and future care. l have spoken to many of the carers and l find them to be extremely helpful.
