Bosworth Homecare is amazing, l have no complaints whatsoever with the service and l don’t know what l would do, without them. They keep me well informed at all times about everything. They are easy to contact at all times, even out of hours and happy to discuss, my mother's care and future care. l have spoken to many of the carers and l find them to be extremely helpful.
I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
My mum has dementia and has had carers for about 5 years now. She is treated with kindness and respect. I visit my mum several times a week so I get to know the carers and they are always cheerful, helpful and kind to her. There are 2 in particular who go over and above their duties. They know who they are and I can't thank them enough. I was on holiday in May for a week and was worried about leaving my mum. She was looked after so well during that week, I need not have worried. The ladies in the office are also very helpful and are friendly and caring too. I know that if there are any problems with my mum, I will get a phone call so I can sort it out asap!
The manager was on the ball and any problems were sorted out very quickly especially when appointments collided with carers visit, she made sure there was always a carer regardless and tried to always have the same carers going to Mum who had dementia.
Many thanks to all her staff and especially two staff members in particular, who were there for me when Mum had to go hospital and treated Mum with great respect.
So thank you again to all the staff, they helped me manage to keep Mum at home longer than I possibly thought.
I am very grateful for the care. Your carers are truly as you called homecare! It is amazing how they are so quick and playful and always with a super smile!

Meet the Team (3)
I have been the Branch manager for Long Eaton since 2013. I have worked in many aspects of care in my life, and I thoroughly enjoy my role.
I have been working at the Long Eaton branch since 2021, I love how varied the role is and how every day is different!
I am the trainer for Bosworth Homecare based in the Long Eaton office. I have done many roles here since I started in 2014. I love meeting all of the new carers that come through our doors.
