Unfortunately, these dedicated cares are led by what I can only describe absolutely useless so-called Managers/Coordinator, who are very economical with the truth, in fact blatantly lie to the service users without any thought for the client's needs.
One recent event that took place in August 2022, when this Company MyLife (Kent) actually failed to supply even one carer for a period of six days, expecting my Wife who herself suffers badly from arthritis to take care of my Mother In Law by herself without any 'professional' help, and they were quite happy with this situation.

With regard to cost and value for money, I can only repeat that the carers themselves obviously take pride in their appearance, their professional image and their work. This in itself tells us that My Life only recruit staff they feel are 'up to the job'.

It must be a bit of a logistical nightmare to run a company like MyLife, and perfection in this life is impossible. Could they have done better? Realistically I don't think so. I would recommend them to anyone.
