Here at Mylife, we endeavour to provide a high quality of service to all our service users. We are working hard, improving our communication with all service users and their families to give all of our clients a valued and quality driven service.
I appologise that you feel that you have been let down by the office team. We never want to hand back clients, and its not something we do lightly. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we found ourselves in a position where we could not provide safe and consistent care to clients in the Herne Bay areas. We have had a restructure in the office and made changes that were needed to allow us to provide a high level of service that Mylife is committed to.
