Its hard to know where to start with the help and support of my uncle. The staff are so patient with my uncle. They even call back if he isn't home to give him his medication. They support with doctor and hospital appointments when necessary. I have met 4-5 of Derek's carers and they are all very kind and supportive. The manager Vickie. Wow! She is so helpful. I have called into the office with an hour's notice and she sat and helped with further care needs. The kindness of the whole care team is very reassuring and it's lovely to have such a team looking after a relative.

Townfield have taken over the care of my dad, and we couldnt be more happy! The carers are warm engaging and kind. They provide punctual care to a very high standard. Chris came to visit us first to assess Dads needs and we were instantly impressed! We knew there and then we were in safe hands. They welcome feedback and act on it speedily. Chris ensured dads care was tailored to his needs perfectly. Despite some care resistance at times from my dad, they have been so accommodating helpful and kind. Unlike some other care providers you can rest assured that your loved one will be cared for without your supervision which in my case is a huge relief. They also have a fabulous website where you can view their care plan, times and comments made for each of their visits. Their managers are easy to speak to and listen to any of your concerns and will provide sound advice. I have no reservations in fully recommending Townfield Home Care. Dad is cared for with enormous dignity and respect.

I use Townfield as a support for me to be able to have a bit of time to myself, as the main carer for my husband who has dementia, I find Townfield to very supportive and try to cater for the needs of my husband and myself.

The ethos of this company shines through in all that they do, and through the training of their people and the way the staff behave.

Six months ago we realised we needed a care agency to support mum for when were working as we could not be there at all times. We weren't sure how mum would react as mum was a very independent lady. Mum looks forward to the carers coming and has built a really good relationship with all her carers. They always treat mum with the upmost respect & care and if they have any concerns they ring me which is great because it gives me peace of mind and I feel included in all aspects of mums care.

Overall, I have a good relationship with my carers, they are friendly, amiable and caring - Standards are upheld and generally efficient.
