The carer is meant to do a 30mins morning shift and a 30mins evening shift Mon, Fri, and Sun, 1hr shift Sat morning and evening, yet not once since they started working for my cousin have any of the carers stayed at least 30mins. He's taken video footage and voice recordings yet to no prevail. This is so not acceptable, show some compassion. The manager is very rude.
