Carers of the highest standard, in terms of time keeping, attitude of the highest toward myself and husband. Showing initiative, not having to ask for direction toward any tast. I am thoroughly pleased with my carers and office staff who are polite, whilst on the telephone. On only our second week this company have proved they are a professional company their care is of the highest standard.

Hi Steven, re our phone conversation today,Walter has been in hospital since yesterday morning (Thursday) and a member of the medical team commented about how the integrity of Walter's skin( for a patient that is bedridden) is in excellent condition and commended his carers for the care they are giving as " an excellent job".please relay our gratitude to all of the carers who look after Walter.thanks Irene

I have been with Care Matters for a few years now. The care I received has been nothing short of outstanding. They go above & beyond to ensure all my care needs are met. Care matters have been looking after my wife Christine for 18 month now and while I have no complaints about the actual care because all the girls are brilliant and treat Christine with great dignity and respect if it's reliability your looking for they are very poor their rota is terrible just in the last 2 weeks alone I have had to cancel calls and deal with Christine myself because they are constantly late for calls and when you ring they have a book of excuses like problems with previous call or traffic bad however who ever the calls are after Christine they will always be early because they never here for full call 45 minute calls are regular finished in 30 as I say you can't fault the girls but their coardinators really need improvement

Carers have been visiting Mum for approx 6 weeks and it has had an enormous positive impact on all our lives. Excellent, caring, friendly and professional care for Mam and greater peace of mind for Dad and the rest of our family. Extremely kind care team, nothing is too much trouble.

My ratings say it all really but it's the going above and beyond that makes CMH excellent; from the moment of arrival it's what can I tidy, put away, hang up. The carer thinks for herself. There are plenty of regular jobs, but being versatile makes the service first class. Althoughthis review has January 20255 the same would apply for the previous twelve months. Very pleased.

Care Matters Homecare provided excellent care for my nan. The carers were reliable, friendly and professional. There was a core team who my nan loved and it was reassuring know the same carers where attending her calls. For the many months, they made her life at home less lonely and allowed her to remain where she wanted to be as long as possible. The office staff were friendly and sorted out extra services for my nan, which helped greatly and took extra pressure of us as a family. I would recommend Care Matters.

Both myself and other professionals have addressed concerns with management who stated that they would inform head office and they would observe. Nothing happened.

Efficient, kind, professional and reliable. Carers arrive on time and conduct themselves well, my Mother has confidence in them. Very much appreciate the flexibility of management with regard to extra bookings. Impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile - putting out or bringing in the bins; putting out the milk bottles for collections; and accompanying my Mother to a theatre performance. Very glad to have found Care Matters.

Without Meadowfield House / Care Matters my dad would not be able to live independently, being supported where he needs it with personal tasks such as washing or taking medication, he has the full package.

This was a completely new experience for me, but any worries were soon banished by the helpful and friendly attitude of the management and staff. The staff are all very punctual, friendly and patient towards my husband, even when he was being a little difficult with new people. I would definitely recommend Care Matters to anyone asking my opinion or advice. The staff are helpful and willing to adapt to anything that I asked or suggested.

Staff are excellent, respectful. We have no concerns. Meadowfield has a lovely, warm atmosphere. My mother is very happy.
