Actual Staff are great. However their effectiveness is crushed into insignificance by the Company they work for. Libertas is callous and uncaring. Medication mis described on systems. Timings terrible and ignored, leading to medication not being given. Visits missed. My father sometimes left without
pain meds, and sometimes food, for hours, up to 11 hours.
Company are rude, uncommunicative, uncaring. They have lied about me on their records. Will vastly over charge you. Will not accept they are anything but perfect. Blame staff for everything.
Under no circumstances place a loved one with Libertas. They are not capable of even the very basic levels of care provision, let alone a standard of care you would want for a loved one.

Just thought we would drop you a line to say how pleased we have been with the carers who look after my husband. They are always cheerful, very friendly and most of all professional and efficient. Thank you to all of them.

I was happy with the lady who carried out the review as she went through everything with my mum to ensure she was happy with the care she was receiving. the only downside was that mum had said she really didn't want a male carer to wash her in the morning (which had only happened a few times) and she
was told this would be noted and wouldn't happen, then a few days later she was informed she would have male carers, two days running. This was rectified after a call to the Bourne Office.

This person fits my expectations of what a carer should be. I very much like his attitude to all the necessary jobs it requires of him. He always has a big smile on his face, which instantly makes me feel much better, and he loves my cat!

My 91-year-old dad was extremely well looked after by the carers from Libertas. They were reliable, kind, patient and treated him with dignity. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you to all of you who looked after him.
