I am very pleased with the care I receive for my husband the carers are very professional and assist my husband in a very caring and respectful way.
He has advanced Alzheimer's needs assisting with all personal care and feeding they talk to him all the time explaining what they are doing.
They take their time and do not hurry he especially enjoys his daily meals.

It also gives me a little time for myself to go shopping or a walk.

My two disabled daughters have been assisted by carers from Caring Together for many years. Overall the quality of the care provided is very good. As my daughters need two carers at a time, we have around 8 regular carers who come and support them. The managers of Caring together are extremely professional and responsive. They always try to accommodate requests and try their best to sort out any issues. My daughters lack capacity and are non verbal. Most of the carers are able to interact with my daughters but not all. Other than that the quality of care is good and we really appreciate the support that Caring Together give our daughters. It makes a huge difference to our lives. I highly recommend Caring Together and thank them very much for their care over the years.

Excellent support and care service allowing carers much needed respite. Well trained staff have a good understanding of their clients needs. Regular six monthly reviews confirm change in clients needs.

I am very pleased with the sitting service provided for my husband to give me some free time. The sitter is excellent, gives my husband his full attention when here and is supportive and very encouraging. He is very experienced in caring for people with the special needs of people with dementia.

Every carer that has attended to my father have been kind, respectful and considerate.
Caring Together try very hard to ensure that the same carer visits which really helps my dad as he can get anxious with new people. They offer a meet and greet to try and match the carer where possible to the client.
They have always been very accommodating when I have requested an extra visit.

The carers are kind, supportive and reliable. They are good companions and willing to help in any way possible. They always arrive at the time stated and will help with meal preparation if required to and they will assist with minor tasks around the home.
