me incredibly well informed and have stepped in to provide additional support when needed, when I can't be there - and always with a smile.
Unfortunately my mum now needs more full time care so is moving into a Care Home and the team have been brilliant in supporting us with this, even attending meetings with the Social Work team and the Nursing Home. I really don't know how my mum and I could have coped without them.
I can't recommend them highly enough and will really miss having them on our side, dealing with all the trials and tribulations of living with old age and dementia.

Mum as an individual and tailors her visits with her accordingly, depending on how Mum is on any given day. As I'm so far away it's reassuring to know my Dad is also getting the benefits of this service too. Thank you Better Care.

However Better Care have made it possible, they organised a care rota that works, they are flexible when needed and the amazing cheerful disposition of all of their care staff brings a smile to our loved ones faces as soon as they arrive at the door. We have had some really difficult and challenging moments, Better Care have stepped in each time with sensible, compassionate, kind and extremely caring resolutions. them. Also they are punctual, which reduces Mum's anxiety. We regularly talk to managers and share information. This has enabled us to respond quickly to Mum's needs. Their liaison when she was recently in hospital was excellent and on coming home Mum very quickly settled and assumed her daily routine. Simply they are excellent and highly recommended.

The team have also provided additional support for visits to the dentist and drs, which was invaluable. From the communicative and helpful management to each one of the caring staff, I highly recommend their services.

They always responded quickly and went out of their way to adapt to our father's needs whilst also always including our mother in their responsibilities, so that all aspects of their day-to-day lives were supported. good news as we were worried he was not taking care of himself. The carers are all very friendly and upbeat and his home is definitely tidier and cleaner and they are ensuring his diet is more varied and regular. They also look after his medication which is a relief as we were worried he was either not taking it or taking too much. I feel a huge relief that he is being well cared for and that he is seeing people on a regular basis as I don't live locally. I would be happy to recommend this care company based on the experience to date.

at Home really made her feel special, they brought a daily dose of professionalism, compassion and laughter, which is often the best medicine! It's the smallest things that make a difference, like taking the time to discuss with my mother-in-law what she wanted to wear that day. Their visits were always very well-organised, nothing was too much trouble and communication with my husband and I was exceptional. They always gave us regular updates, which was really reassuring as we live so far away. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the team for their patience and kindness. when my stepmum asked to have porridge for breakfast instead of cereal, it happened the next day and consistently after. These are the things that matter to the client. They make sure stepmum gets to the hairdresser, the vet for her dog, doctors appointments, hearing aid clinic etc. I live 200 miles away so it is a enormous benefit to have this support.
They are really quick to get in touch if they spot any concerns or things I need to know about.
As far as I can tell (the team are, of course, discreet and professional) they look after their staff too.
