My Husband is new client to Better Care East. We changed care Company just two weeks ago. Already we have no regrets in changing. My husband has had carers for three years, since changing he keeps saying I am getting five star treatment. Carers and every member of staff that we have met are so kind and nothing is too much trouble. As his wife who has been caring for him for nearly five years. I think I've died and gone to heaven. The support I get is amazing. Thank you to everyone at Better Care so glad we found you. We are so pleased we were recommended to this amazing caring Company.
Thank you so much for your very kind words.

I cannot overstate how delighted I've been with the service provided by Better Care at Home East. They were the most flexible, communicative, supportive team that I could have hoped for. They really bent over backwards to provide the best care. There were extremely accommodating with the constantly changing demands of my father-in-law, and nothing was too much trouble. This was such an enormous help as we live over 100 miles away so weren't able to be on site at short notice. They were instrumental in sourcing the right care home, and going so far as actually moving him in. Faultless service which i would recomnend without any hesitation.
Dear Rachel, what a wonderful review. Thank you so very much for taking the time to write this. It was our complete pleasure. Take care Joannah
Can't praise the carers enough. The proactive and loving care that the team provided not only allowed my father to stay in his home but gave me the assurance that he was being given the best care possible. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble for the team. Would highly recommend this company to look after you loved ones.
Thanks so much for your kind words. Take good care of you, and your family.

You may just have found your lifeline! We certainly did when we found Better Care at Home, they have been caring for my parents, both who have dementia for over 8 years now - a package that has grown from pop in visits daily to a full 24 hour package. To say we couldn't do life without them is an understatement, they really are our lifeline and above all with their outstanding care Mum (who is now totally bed centered) and Dad are both able to continue living in their own home, and my husband and I are able to enjoy our lives again, worry free.
Cant belive where 8 years have gone. Lets hoope we get many more years with you all.
Better Care have been looking after my father since he broke his hip several years ago. This accident together with his dementia meant that he needed help with his day to day requirements which steadily increased until he passed away late October. At all times the staff were cheerful, competent and professional and dad really enjoyed their visits. They were very good in keeping me informed at all times, both by text, phone and the invaluable app which I could access at any time. Dad's care requirements increased as his health deteriorated but at every stage it was with his best interests in mind and the reasons why explained to me. Nothing was too much trouble.Dad never wanted to end his days in a home and with Better Cares help he achieved that. Without their invaluable support this would have been impossible and our family will be forever grateful.
Thank you so much for your kind review. We are so happy to support your dad.
My mother is rather difficult and the staff at Better Care are so kind and patient with her and go well above their call of duty. They provide all the usual care services but also companionship and what mum sees as friendship. They are marvellous!
Whilst my father only used this service for a very short time. The staff are dedicated and very professional and the management team were very quick to respond to my father's needs and very helpful in helping us as a family to accommodate our concerns.
we did to support him. We are always here if you need us.
Warm regards Joannah
Unfortunately my mum now needs more full time care so is moving into a Care Home and the team have been brilliant in supporting us with this, even attending meetings with the Social Work team and the Nursing Home. I really don't know how my mum and I could have coped without them.
I can't recommend them highly enough and will really miss having them on our side, dealing with all the trials and tribulations of living with old age and dementia.
Fondest regards
Joannah
I am impressed with the speed of response to any questions I may have and the ability to remotely access mums daily care notes provides peace of mind.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Its our complete pleasure to support your mum and the whole family.
A very professional approach to my dear mum. Great kindness from all the carers ,looking after all her needs keeping an eye on her medication, from breakfast to tea time visits and personal care. Also making time for a great chat which my mum loved. I can't recommend this company more highly.
Thank you so much for your kind review. We are so happy we can support you all.
The manager and her whole team have been a fantastic support to us all. We live over 3 hours away so the help the carers provide on both a day-to-day and longer-term basis is invaluable. We are kept up to date with the support the team provide every day and issues are flagged to us asap. The whole team have gone above and beyond to help us navigate some challenging situations enabling our stepmother to stay living independently in her home for as long as she can.
Thank you so much for your kind review. We are so happy we can support you all as a family.
Staff are lovely - very friendly, helpful and trustworthy. They did everything they said they would do.
Care was put in place quickly, over the course of a weekend to deal with an urgent care need.
Would thoroughly recommend.
My dad was very reluctant to accept any help but due to a sudden onset of pain he has been receiving care three times a day since the beginning of January. He seems to be quite happy with the attention and level of care he is receiving. From the first day he was encouraged to take a shower which was good news as we were worried he was not taking care of himself. The carers are all very friendly and upbeat and his home is definitely tidier and cleaner and they are ensuring his diet is more varied and regular. They also look after his medication which is a relief as we were worried he was either not taking it or taking too much. I feel a huge relief that he is being well cared for and that he is seeing people on a regular basis as I don't live locally. I would be happy to recommend this care company based on the experience to date.
When we needed help to support my father-in-law on his release from hospital, following a fall, I had no hesitation in calling Better Care at Home and they did not disappoint. The staff were all very kind, polite and caring. Some visits could be very challenging but the staff are well-trained and very professional. We were kept informed at all times and were able to see the care notes online after each visit. As a family, we could not have managed without the support of the team at Better Care. Would highly recommend!
It was our pleasure to help you all. Thank you for your kind review.
I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this agency. The care that my mother-in-law received was truly exceptional. It's not easy to see a loved one struggling to keep their independence - she was vehemently against going into a home - and who are we to go against her wishes? The team at Better Care at Home really made her feel special, they brought a daily dose of professionalism, compassion and laughter, which is often the best medicine! It's the smallest things that make a difference, like taking the time to discuss with my mother-in-law what she wanted to wear that day. Their visits were always very well-organised, nothing was too much trouble and communication with my husband and I was exceptional. They always gave us regular updates, which was really reassuring as we live so far away. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the team for their patience and kindness. Her life was enriched by their support.
Thank you so much for your wonderful words. It was our complete pleasure to support such a wonderful lady and her family.
Better Care at Home has been caring for my grandma for over six years and recently, in the last two years, my grandpa also. As a family, we couldn't manage without them. All the carers are so friendly and are always there to offer support.
We are so glad we can be there for all of you. It's our complete pleasure.
They are really quick to get in touch if they spot any concerns or things I need to know about.
As far as I can tell (the team are, of course, discreet and professional) they look after their staff too.
Highly recommended.
It's our complete pleasure. So glad we can help support you and your stepmum. Thank you for your kind words.
All the team at Bettercare have truly been wonderful caring for my grandma, always going the extra mile to make sure she is happy! It is very refreshing to come across support that considers mental well-being as well as her physical needs. Better Care have been invaluable to us as a family, my grandma looks forward to her visits and the joyful friendly faces of the carers.
Thank you, we are so pleased to be able to help. Thank you for your kind words.
Not living near to Mum, I found the direct communication with me extremely helpful. I was kept updated of how Mum was and informed of any concerns that developed and a discussion had with me when Mum wasn't able to make a decision for herself. This was invaluable, especially as Mum deteriorated quite rapidly.
I was dealing with a number of different professionals, doctors, social care etc. and on more than one occasion, I was reassured to hear that these professionals knew of Better Care at Home East and rated the service they provided.
Mum really couldn't have had better care. Thank you.
Thank you so much for such a positive review. It's our pleasure to support your mum.
The team are very friendly and professional, answering any questions or queries almost immediately.
Contact is very good with a group chat so all parties can message each other about any concerns which makes it very transparent.
Care team have a very structured routine and welfare checks carried out every day.
All in all, very pleased with the communication and the friendly approach to all concerned.
My mother is very happy with all concerned.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are so happy to support the family.
