Niamh has a passion for caring and feels it’s only right to choose a vocation that is self-less. She began her journey as a fresh-faced carer with BetterCare@HomeEAST and has since embraced numerous promotional opportunities, culminating in her recent promotion to Business Development Care Manager in 2024.
Niamh has obtained several degrees in addition to her position at BetterCare, earning a BSc in Sports Therapy and an MSc in Physiotherapy. Niamh collaborates with our team and service users to develop bespoke assessments that support rehabilitation and re-enablement.
JoJo joined BetterCare as a novice in the field of care, but has since blossomed into an exceptional and empathetic carer. She has a compassionate heart and an extremely strong work ethic. JoJo is a positive member of BetterCare, and in 2024 was promoted to Field Team Leader. She is on hand to support all of our staff, and has been recognised for her commitment to always going the extra mile to support others.
