Twice now they have left taps running this is a serious problem if the water had drained the hot tank. Be careful if you employ Profad they are so unprofessional. Install cameras and keep a regular check on them. Their time keeping is awful.

I just wanted to say how wonderful the agency have been caring for my sister over the past year. Following several illnesses, she was bedbound and had late stage dementia. Every carer that came was so kind and, despite her inability for interaction, treated her with such compassion whilst maintaining her dignity. They also provided support and care for my brother-in-law who was her main carer, checking that he was coping and staying well. I should particularly like to thank the two carers who became close to my sister, her face brightened up when they came in the room and her husband also looked forward to seeing them. Their kindness and thoughtfulness towards them both has meant the world to our family. They truly define the meaning of 'carer' and are a credit to Profab Care. Sadly, my sister has now passed on, but we all get comfort from knowing her final days were as comfortable as they could be. Thank you all again.
