All of the carers are very friendly and polite. They understand my needs and carry them out in a professional manner. The office staff are friendly and polite and will step in to cover if a carer is ill. An excellent care company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The company is very considerate they ensure my mum is kept informed of any changes to her schedule via the phone. They make sure all needs are catered to. Considerate, professional and always happy to listen to my mum. All staff, from the office staff to carers, have a personal and understanding of
people's needs. They are consistently giving the same carers which means my mum and the carers get to know how things are liked but also consistency’s for Mum, giving structure. I would like to thank them personally from me as they have took a massive amount of stress away and given me confidence Mum is being cared for properly and as a normal person.
