Everything is fine.
My only complaint is lights get left on. The kettle will boil a cup of water, so you don't have to fill it up. It's just little things, really. But now I've retired, I have to keep a closer eye on our finances.

We also completely understand your comments about the lights being left on and the kettle being overfilled. These may seem like small things, but they do impact household costs - especially when you're keeping a closer eye on finances. Thank you for pointing this out.

We will remind all staff to:
Switch off lights when leaving rooms
Only boil the amount of water needed
Be mindful of energy use within your home

Overall, I am satisfied with the service that I receive from A & T. The one thing that I do find frustrating is the fact that on several occasions in the last year, the carer has not turned up until 11 am (on one occasion it was 11:15). In future, I would prefer the carer to arrive no later than 10:00
am. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

A & T Caring Services were a bright light in very dim times. My nan got to a stage where she needed constant home care and the manager at A & T along with the rest of her team provided a safe loving environment for my nan, one in which I was happy and confident that she was being looked after in every
aspect of her needs.

All the carers have been very good with my mother’s needs. They have been caring and diligent. Keeping me informed if there were any issues or clarity required and always checking on her needs. She became even more dependent on them after her second fall and hip operation and they did not let her down!
There were a couple of times when she needed an ambulance and they made sure she was as comfortable as possible and called the ambulance and me. As I live some distance away this was very helpful and reassuring. This is my first experience of a care agency and I would definitely recommend them.

Overall no concerns, any problems are dealt with professionally and promptly. My wife is happy and well looked after so as a rule of thumb this helps me to relax knowing that she is safe and secure in her home.

We recently had A & T Caring Services - Domiciliary and Live - In Care for my Mum after a hospital visit and to take over after the initial council help. We were a little anxious after the council carers had been removed as Mum had got on so well with them. I have to say A & T were brilliant at taking
on the care package and were a level above anything from the council carers. They explained everything they were doing each day and made Mum feel incredibly safe, relaxed and comfortable. The number one thing that pleased me the most was the respect they showed my Mum and also how they interacted with the rest of the family. A great company with great ethics!

My family are incredibly grateful to the wonderful staff at A & T Caring Services. Our mother was diagnosed with cancer in May during a very difficult time, with the pandemic raging all around us. My mother's earnest desire was to remain in her own home and the staff at A & T Caring Services made that
possible. Even though it was an incredibly stressful time the staff were always cheerful and jolly and made our mother smile each day. They grew to know her intimately over the course of her illness and it truly felt as if they were caring for a member of their own family. I am often moved to tears when I think of the special care they gave her, quite above and beyond our expectations. They were patient, kind and compassionate. They rushed to our assistance whenever something unusual occurred and made sure that Mum was as comfortable and happy. We will never be able to thank them for their kindness, but we will never forget it.

Thank you for your care of Dad for the short time he was with you. The carers were friendly and engaged Dad with the care they provided. The carers and management staff worked well with our family, were polite and respectful of our needs. I've fed back to the management some improvements needed for
timings/scheduling of care staff and availability of the admin team.

A & T provide a comprehensive and professional service to look after your loved ones. The carers are kind, hardworking and got on well with mum. They do housework and deal with doctors and medicines too. I have no complaints.

During the few months that A & T Caring Services looked after my mum, I found them to be very professional and extremely helpful. Mum looked forward to their visits each day and when we regularly spoke to each other on the phone, she had nothing but praise for them. They treated her with kindness and
dignity, which was so important for me, knowing that I could not travel the long distance to visit her because of the COVID-19 crisis. The manager kept me constantly updated and when any issues or concerns regarding Mum's care arose, these were received with respect and open to discussion, then dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend A & T Caring Services to anyone who needs carers for their loved one.

My mum has a living carer and without her and the team, we would have struggled to keep her safe and looked after with professional care. She receives freshly cooked meals every day, home is kept clean and tidy, taken out regularly. The team always keeps me informed of any issues or health problems
that mum may have. Mum is always very happy when we visit, this organisation comes highly recommended.

The level of care provided by this agency has been exceptional! They have provided home care for my mother for the last 8-months and we have found them to be far better than what we had expected. I am sure that my mother can be a challenging client but they have always treated her with kindness and
dignity, going out of their way to help her and cater for her needs. The manager clearly communicates any issues that need our input but not those that don't, giving us peace of mind that she is being well cared for. We are very grateful for all that they do and thoroughly recommend them and the services they provide - thank you!
