I want to thank Vision Care for looking after my father so well. He was on end of life and their kindness and empathy with him were fantastic. They always made time for a chat and banter as well as doing their caring duties with skill and kindness. They most definitely eased my father's passing.

I have had many care company’s but Vision Care Services have met all my needs. I have very complex needs. Thank you to all my staff and to the office staff. I would recommend Vision Care Services - they are excellent.

Very helpful staff. Empathic and supportive. Office staff are very helpful. Good lively carers. Very professional. Will go out of their way to support clients and meet client needs. Don't rush people. Respect client needs and do a very good job.

Very rarely arrive in the allotted time slot, always put down in the logbook arrived on time. Don't listen to the client. Never know who is coming because always changing the staff, some very inexperienced staff calling. I feel sorry for the experienced staff having to carry them. When you contact the office staff they seem to fob you off by agreeing with you but when it comes to actions nothing has changed.

I have had a few care companies come to visit me over the years. Vision Care is the only company that gave me the time I want and the care I need. Thanks, Vision Care, hope you carry on providing a great service.
