Since Vision Care took over my sister's care, we have never looked back. From day one, the level of care, compassion and professionalism has been outstanding.
The carers and management team are absolutely amazing and consistently go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and if we ever need anything, they deal with it quickly and efficiently. They always make us feel listened to, supported and valued.
The care my sister receives is exceptional, and it's clear that every member of staff genuinely cares about the people they support. They have built such a fantastic team, and their dedication shines through every single day.

Absolute disgraceful behaviour from the manager Asim has no respect for hygiene and had no problem telling Carers to leave a vulnerable 81-year-old disabled blind with dementia while her pad had been soiled unattended.
